π₯ Hiring: Inside Sales Representative (Outbound SaaS β US/Canada Market)
π Chennai (India) | π US EST Shift Coverage | 2β3 years | B2B SaaS
Cratoflow is building a modern procure-to-pay automation platform for finance and procurement teams in the US and Canada.
Weβre hiring a strong outbound Inside Sales Rep in India who can confidently sell to North American buyers and work during US EST hours.

π― What youβll do (Outbound-first)
- Run daily outbound prospecting via cold email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Build pipeline targeting US & Canada mid-market / enterprise accounts
- Conduct discovery calls and demos in US EST hours
- Engage CFOs, Controllers, Finance & Ops leaders with confidence
- Own follow-ups, objections, and deal momentum end-to-end
- Maintain a clean, honest CRM pipeline (Zoho)
π§ What weβre looking for
- 2β3 years of B2B SaaS inside sales experience
- Proven outbound prospecting & discovery skills
- Comfortable speaking with US/Canada customers
- Clear, neutral English communication (accent not a blocker)
- Willing and able to work US EST shift (evening/night IST)
- Strong ownership mindset β you create your own success
β Big plus if you have
- Sold Finance / Procurement / Accounting / Ops SaaS
- Experience working with US or Canadian clients
- Background in founder-led or early-stage startups
