Solutions Architect - Upto £90K + Bonus

Lashan Digital is looking for a Solution Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and delivery of digital transformation programmes for our clients.

This role focuses on shaping end-to-end solution architectures across data, applications, and integration landscapes while supporting programme delivery teams and guiding development activities where required.

Role Responsibilities

• Define and document solution blueprints and end-to-end architecture designs aligned to business and technology objectives
• Translate business requirements into solution architectures covering data, application, and integration layers
• Ensure non-functional requirements such as security, performance, scalability, and reliability are addressed in solution designs
• Work closely with Programme Managers and Delivery Leads to support delivery planning and implementation
• Provide architectural guidance to development teams and support design reviews during implementation
• Contribute to architecture governance and design assurance activities
• Support pre-sales engagements when required, including solution shaping and proposal input
• Engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams to ensure alignment and clarity in solution direction

Skills & Experience

• Experience working as a Solution Architect or senior technical lead within digital or data transformation initiatives
• Background in software development or engineering with the ability to engage hands-on when needed
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture across data, applications, and integration domains
• Experience designing solutions on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce
• Experience defining and validating non-functional requirements across security, scalability, performance, and resilience
• Ability to collaborate with programme teams, delivery leads, and developers throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Experience supporting consulting or client delivery environments
