About the Company

Shasha Solar Power Pvt Ltd is a growing solar EPC and distribution company based in Coimbatore, serving residential, commercial, and industrial customers across Tamil Nadu.

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and strengthen our solar projects sales function. The candidate should be capable of managing leads, ensuring follow-up discipline, improving conversions, coordinating with operations for quotation and project inputs, and helping build a structured sales system.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries and ensure proper lead follow-up
• Drive sales pipeline from enquiry to closure
• Monitor lead stages, follow-up quality, and conversion progress
• Support customer discussions, proposal follow-up, negotiation, and closure
• Coordinate with operations team for technical inputs, site visits, and quotation support
• Maintain sales MIS / CRM discipline and reporting accuracy
• Review daily sales activities and team performance
• Train, guide, and support junior sales team members
• Help build a structured and scalable sales process
• Support hiring and onboarding of future sales executives

Required Experience

• 4 to 8 years of sales experience
• Team handling or sales coordination experience preferred
• Experience in solar / electrical / industrial / project sales preferred

• Excel / CRM / sales reporting knowledge
