Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for building and expanding the partner ecosystem across the Europe region, identifying, developing, and growing implementation partners, channel partners, and industry partners.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key partners, and drive the achievement of partnership objectives.
- Organize partner training, sales enablement, and joint marketing activities to enhance partners’ understanding of and sales capabilities for YonSuite, YonBIP, ERP, and related products.
- Promote joint business development and co-sell initiatives, supporting partners throughout the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, solution communication, demonstrations, quotations, and contract signing.
- Track partner business performance, sales targets, delivery capabilities, and customer satisfaction, and drive continuous partner growth.
- Gain deep insights into the local ERP market landscape and competitive dynamics in Europe, and provide recommendations on product localization and partnership model optimization.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to support project execution and the healthy development of the partner ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in channel management, partner operations, or enterprise software sales.
- Strong understanding of the European enterprise services market, with in-depth knowledge of local channel systems and implementation partner ecosystems.
- Excellent business communication, relationship management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
- Ability to independently drive partner onboarding, enablement, contract signing, and performance growth.
- Fluency in English and Hungarian, both of which must be usable as working languages.
- Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Prior experience as a Partner Manager or Channel Manager at major ERP or enterprise software vendors such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, or IFS is highly preferred.
- Experience working within SAP or other mainstream ERP ecosystems, channels, or alliance partnerships is strongly preferred.
Salary:
Determined based on work experience and interview performance.
