Company: Contrans Group (Delhi-based leading Freight Forwarding Company)

We are Delhi based Freight Forwarding Company having pan India presence, we specialize in freight forwarding, warehousing, customs clerance & inland transportation. We already have two offices in Gujarat & we are looking forward to open one new branch in Ahmedabad. We are looking for a candidate from freight forwrading background who can help us in expanding our business in Ahemdabad & near by areas.

Ideal candidate should have an experience of 3-5 years in core freight forwarding sales, marketing or business development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and forecast sales.
2. Customer Management: Acquire new clients, maintain relationships with existing ones, and offer tailored freight solutions.
3. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet targets and perform at their best.
4. Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay competitive.
5. Collaboration: Work with operations, marketing, and compliance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
6. Sales Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance, report progress, and optimize strategies using data.
7. Negotiation & Pricing: Develop competitive pricing and negotiate contracts with clients.
8. Problem-Solving: Address client issues quickly and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Graduate in any stream, PGDM/MBA preferred.

2. Credible experience in freight forwarding, with a strong focus on sales and marketing.

3. Good understanding of the logistics and freight forwarding industry.

4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
