This full-time, on-site Specification Manager role is located in Gurugram. The Specification Manager will collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to develop tailored textile solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing specifications, maintaining client relationships, ensuring project timelines, and coordinating with production teams to ensure precision and quality delivery. The role also involves staying updated with market trends and providing input on product development to meet evolving customer demands.

• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle specifications and ensure timely project delivery
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with clients, architects, and designers
• Understanding of textile design, production processes, and quality control standards
• Knowledge of market trends and the ability to provide input on product development
• Technical proficiency in relevant software tools is an advantage
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently on-site
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Textile Design, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in the textiles or interior design industry is a strong plus
