This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leading sales presentations, and negotiating deals. The role also involves monitoring market trends, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring excellence in client satisfaction and account management.
- Strong sales, business development, and client negotiation skills
- Leadership capabilities, including experience in team management and coaching
- Market analysis and strategy development experience
- Proficiency in communication, relationship building, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
