Senior Python Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior Python Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in

building scalable systems and a clear understanding of modern development practices, including AI-assisted workflows.

This role is not limited to writing code. We are looking for someone who understands systems,

experiments with new technologies, and can independently take ownership of modules from concept

to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Python
• Design and build APIs, services and data-driven applications
• Work across full stack, including frontend integration where required
• Integrate third-party services, tools and AI-based workflows into applications
• Translate business requirements into structured technical solutions
• Optimize performance, scalability and system reliability
• Collaborate with design, product and frontend teams for end-to-end delivery
• Continuously explore and experiment with new tools, frameworks and AI capabilities to improve development efficiency

Required Skills

Core Backend

• Strong hands-on experience in Python (4+ years)
• Frameworks: Django, FastAPI or Flask
• API development and system design understanding

Full Stack Exposure

• Basic to strong understanding of frontend technologies (React or similar)
• Understanding of REST APIs, authentication and data flow

Database & Systems

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Understanding of system architecture, scalability and performance

AI & Modern Development

• Exposure to AI tools, APIs or integrations (OpenAI, LLMs, automation tools, etc.)
• Comfortable using tools like Copilot, Cursor or similar to enhance development
• Interest in experimenting with new technologies and applying them in real use cases
