Location: United States (Remote with travel)

Position Overview


We are seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and execution-oriented Vice President of Sales to lead and establish our go-to-market sales strategy. This leader will spearhead the development of a multi-channel distribution model, with a focus on RV dealerships and alternative high-end retail pathways. The ideal candidate has deep experience in the U.S. RV industry, a strong network of dealer relationships, and a proven track record of bringing new RV products to market.




Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement the national sales strategy, distribution plan, and revenue goals Build and lead relationships with RV dealership groups across the U.S., especially in high-income, outdoor-enthusiast markets


  • Architect and execute a hybrid sales model that integrates DTC lead generation with dealership sales to maximize conversion and customer experience


  • Define and optimize the end-to-end funnel from digital lead acquisition through dealer handoff to final sale


  • Evaluate and recommend sales channels (dealer vs. DTC hybrid models) based on margin, scalability, and customer experience


  • Provide market insights, dealer economics, and retail pricing strategy to shape our business model


  • Recruit and manage regional sales reps or partners as the business scales


  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market and brand positioning


  • Represent the company at key industry trade shows and dealership conferences




Qualifications


  • 10+ years of experience in RV or powersports industry sales, with senior-level leadership at a manufacturer or distributor


  • Deep understanding of dealership operations, dealer margin structures, and customer buying behavior


  • Deep understanding of both digital demand generation (funnels, CRM, CAC) and dealer/distribution sales dynamics


  • Proven success launching new products and establishing dealership distribution across the U.S.


  • Strong network of RV dealers, especially in the premium/luxury segment


  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in an early-stage environment


  • Passion for outdoor recreation, EV technology, and innovation
