This is a full-time on-site role based in Patna for a Sales Manager at Keys Multiplier LLP. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, lead a team to achieve sales targets, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients. They will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Proven experience in Sales, Team Leadership, and Business Development
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Communication
- Experience in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
- Proficiency in Negotiation, Persuasion, and Client Management
- Knowledge of the real estate market and property sales is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
