About the Role

The HR Recruiter at Binny’s Jewellery is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across various departments. The role ensures a smooth recruitment process while building a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and skilled in connecting with potential candidates to attract the best talent for Binny’s.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions, ensuring timely closure.
• Coordinate with onboarding teams to ensure a smooth induction process for new hires.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Assist in evaluating candidates through assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure positive candidate experience by timely communication and professional interactions.
• Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate quality.

Who Can Apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in retail, luxury, or jewellery industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Maintain a structured hiring pipeline and track progress using Keka HRMS and other tools.
• Build and manage a talent pool for future hiring needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
