Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Prime Segment Home Loan Sales.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and leading field sales teams.
  • Prime Home Loan industry background is mandatory.
  • Strong experience in self lead generation and market networking.
  • Team handling experience is compulsory.
  • Prior market connections and channel relationships within Bangalore are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Kannada (spoken) is mandatory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives.
  • Drive team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular coaching, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Manage and monitor field sales operations and sales strategy execution.
  • Build and maintain strong client and channel partner relationships in the Bangalore market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the home loan customer base.
  • Strengthen local presence through networking and partnerships.

  • Results-driven sales leader with strong team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong understanding of the Bangalore prime home loan market and local network.
  • Fluency in Kannada with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, field-based sales environment.
