Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Prime Segment Home Loan Sales.
- At least 2 years of experience managing and leading field sales teams.
- Prime Home Loan industry background is mandatory.
- Strong experience in self lead generation and market networking.
- Team handling experience is compulsory.
- Prior market connections and channel relationships within Bangalore are preferred.
- Proficiency in Kannada (spoken) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives.
- Drive team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular coaching, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Manage and monitor field sales operations and sales strategy execution.
- Build and maintain strong client and channel partner relationships in the Bangalore market.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the home loan customer base.
- Strengthen local presence through networking and partnerships.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Results-driven sales leader with strong team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong understanding of the Bangalore prime home loan market and local network.
- Fluency in Kannada with strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, field-based sales environment.
