We are seeking a results driven Tele Sales Executive with proven experience in the banking and finance sector. The role involves selling financial products over the phone, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high-quality customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to sell banking and financial products
• Handle inbound sales calls and resolve customer queries professionally
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, interest rates, eligibility, and documentation
• Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful sales
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly revenue and conversion targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Follow up on leads and pending cases to ensure timely closures
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate with internal operations and credit teams for smooth processing

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2–5 years of tele sales experience in BFSI
• Strong communication skills in Hindi & English
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Strong customer handling and relationship management skills
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Prior experience in banks, NBFCs, fintech companies, or DSAs
