Perigeon Software is a leading IT software services company specializing in cutting-edge solutions for global clients. We are looking for a dynamic HR Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resources within the IT industry.


  • Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT roles.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Post job openings on various job portals and social media.

Maintain and update candidate databases.

  • Employee Onboarding & Documentation:

Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth joining process.

Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.

Maintain employee records in HRMS systems.

  • HR Operations & Compliance:

Help in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Assist in payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Employee Engagement & Training:

Support in planning and organizing employee engagement activities.

Assist in coordinating training and development programs.

Gather employee feedback and assist in improving workplace culture.

  • HR Administration & Reporting:

Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies.

Prepare HR reports and dashboards for internal use.

Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.


  • Requirements:

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees effectively.

 Ability to work independently in a fast-paced IT environment.

 Familiarity with IT recruitment and hiring processes is a plus.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 Knowledge of HRMS tools, job portals, and LinkedIn recruiting is an advantage.

 Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
