Job Title: Paid Ads Specialist (Google Ads & Social Media Ads) & SEO


Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview


We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid marketing channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, improve conversions, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions.
  • Perform A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Manage display ads, search ads, remarketing campaigns, and video ads.
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
  • Optimize ad budgets to achieve maximum ROI and lead generation.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and insights for management.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.


SEO Responsibilities

  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
  • Optimize website pages for on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking.
  • Implement technical SEO improvements such as page speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile optimization.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies and improve domain authority.
  • Track and improve keyword rankings and organic traffic.


Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube Ads).
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and campaign performance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better ROAS and conversions.
  • SEO Work experience


Preferred Skills


  • Experience running lead generation campaigns for healthcare or service-based industries.
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Google Ads certifications are an added advantage.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
