Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teaching Assistant located in Katpadi. The Teaching Assistant will assist lead teachers with classroom management, support student learning, and provide individual attention to students as needed. Responsibilities include helping to plan lessons, supporting the delivery of educational programs, maintaining classroom organization, and ensuring a positive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Assistant Teaching and a passion for working with children
Effective Communication skills, including the ability to interact with students, teachers, and parents
Basic knowledge and experience in Education, including curriculum assistance and lesson planning
Proficiency in Mathematics to support student learning in the subject
Patience, empathy, and ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Relevant experience or certifications in childcare or education is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field is an advantage
