Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager located in Noida, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, driving customer acquisition, maintaining client relationships, collaborating with the marketing team, and meeting sales targets. The role will also involve staying updated on travel trends and assisting in creating travel packages that align with customer preferences.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and business development to drive revenue growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in client relationship building and understanding customer needs.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, develop sales strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
- Travel Knowledge: Familiarity with domestic and international travel destinations, with a focus on adventure tourism.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with marketing and operational teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges in sales and customer interactions.
- Flexibility: Ability to manage both in-office and remote responsibilities as part of a hybrid role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Travel, or a related field is preferred.
