Are you a high-impact sales leader with a passion for scaling fintech businesses? We’re looking for a Regional Business Head to drive growth, lead large teams, and build a strong retail footprint in a fast-growing fintech environment.

🔑 What You’ll Own

• Drive regional P&L and revenue growth
• Lead merchant/customer acquisition for fintech products (Payments, Lending, Insurance, etc.)
• Build and execute high-impact sales strategies
• Manage and scale large field sales teams
• Strengthen channel partnerships & distribution networks
• Track market trends and outperform competition

👥 What We’re Looking For

• 8–15 years of experience in Fintech & Payments
• 3–5+ years in team handling / leadership roles
• Strong background in retail or merchant acquisition
• Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management & analytical skills
