Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Pune Division. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with potential and existing customers. The role involves setting and achieving sales targets, conducting market research, presenting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized telecom solutions tailored to client needs while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Account Management
• Sales and Negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Effective Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
• Understanding of the VoIP industry and related technology platforms is a plus
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Previous sales experience in the telecom sector would be an advantage
