Roles And Responsibilities

  • Utilize a variety of customer sales methods to exceed set business targets in terms of Annualized New Premium (ANP) and case count.
  • Expand our customer base by acquiring new clients through leads, leveraging natural market opportunities, tapping into references, and exploring untapped markets.
  • Play a key role in staff recruitment and participate in ad hoc disciplinary processes.
  • Translate broader company objectives into actionable sales targets and strategies.
  • Ensure fair allocation of tasks among Sales Representatives and oversee their performance to uphold set standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales negotiations to gauge the effectiveness of sales techniques being employed.
  • Maintain close communication with clients to deeply understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Leverage insights from performance reviews and market research to optimize sales systems and processes.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to keep employees updated on our latest product offerings.

Field Sales Manager Requirements

  • Prior experience in sales, particularly within the insurance sector or dealing with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs).
  • Proven track record of successful sales accomplishments.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant business-related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise as a Field Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing effective market research strategies.
  • Strong ability to build and nurture lasting professional relationships.
  • A balanced blend of optimism, approachability, and determination.
  • Profound understanding of diverse sales techniques and a willingness to share your expertise.
