Sales Head -South India (PEB / Building Envelope Solutions)-Chennai


Location: Chennai (South India Region)


Experience: Minimum 1520 Years in PEB/Building Envelope solutions in South India.


Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Civil) | MBA (Marketing) Preferred


Industry Preference

Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Building Envelope Systems, PUF Panels, Sandwich Panels, Rockwool Panels, Steel Buildings, Roofing & Cladding, Construction Materials, Industrial Infrastructure.


Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead the South India business for Building Envelope Solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Drive business for PUF Panels, Sandwich Panels, Rockwool Panels, and Building Envelope Solutions across factories, warehouses, industrial buildings, logistics parks, infrastructure, corporate, and government projects.
  • Identify and track large industrial and infrastructure projects from enquiry to order closure.
  • Build strong relationships with architects, structural consultants, EPC contractors, PMCs, developers, corporate clients, and government departments.
  • Drive consultant approvals, product specifications, and vendor registrations.
  • Lead techno-commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, contract finalization, and project closures.
  • Review BOQs, project estimates, technical proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Project Execution teams for timely project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new business opportunities across South India.
  • Lead and mentor the regional sales team to achieve business objectives.

Compensation: Maximum gross up to 18 LPA + Incentive
