Role Purpose

 Drive indirect sales growth through strong broker and channel partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify, onboard and activate channel partners across target micro‑markets.

 Design partner incentive structures and engagement programs.

 Drive inventory liquidation through broker networks and bulk deals.

 Conduct partner reviews, performance tracking and pipeline forecasting.

 Ensure compliance with channel policies and documentation standards.

 Build long‑term relationships with IPCs and strategic brokers.
