Ideal Candidate Profile
Must-Have
- 2–5 years of experience in wedding sales, luxury events, hospitality sales, or high-value service sales
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly with couples/parents
- Clear understanding of Indian weddings and related budgets
- Comfortable discussing money and scope without hesitation
- Highly organised and follow-up oriented
Good to Have
- Experience working with a wedding planner or event company
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking systems
- Exposure to destination or luxury weddings
- Ability to read client psychology and decision patterns

Compensation
- Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
