Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Chennai. The Sales Executive is responsible for engaging walk-in and digital leads, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable Hyundai vehicles and financing options. Daily tasks include conducting product demonstrations and test drives, explaining features and benefits, preparing quotations, and handling price negotiations within company guidelines. The role also involves managing sales documentation, coordinating with finance and insurance partners, following up with prospective customers, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The Sales Executive will work closely with the showroom and service teams to ensure a smooth delivery process and ongoing customer satisfaction, while consistently meeting individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to convert leads into successful vehicle sales.
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities, including active listening, empathy, and follow-up discipline.
- Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with clear presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobiles, features, and specifications, with willingness to learn Hyundai product offerings.
- Comfort with using computers, CRM systems, and digital tools for lead tracking and documentation.
- Proactive and target-oriented mindset, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in automotive or retail sales is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak showroom times, as required.
