About the Opportunity

We are looking for motivated, ambitious, and growth-oriented individuals who want to build a career in sales. This is an entry-level Sales Associate Training Program designed to provide hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and real-world sales exposure.


Successful candidates will undergo a structured training period and, upon satisfactory performance, may be offered a full-time position within the organisation.


Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand the company’s products and services.
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Assist in lead generation and prospecting activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
  • Participate in training sessions, meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Build strong communication and relationship management skills.


Eligibility

  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
  • Prior sales experience is not required.
  • Candidates from diverse educational and professional backgrounds are encouraged to apply.


Training & Employment Terms

  • This position begins with a structured training program.
  • Candidates must be willing to commit to a minimum employment period of six (6) months.
  • Upon successful completion of the training period and satisfactory performance, candidates will be considered for full-time employment within the organisation.
