Job Title: Sales executive – Automobile Industry
Location: [Panchkula -pinjore]
Experience: 1-2 Years in Automobile Sales (Car/Bike Dealership Preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in the automobile industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, increasing vehicle sales, achieving targets, and ensuring excellent customer experience at the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- manage the automobile sales team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly vehicle sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies to increase showroom and field sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and close high-value deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure proper follow-up of leads generated through online and showroom visits.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automobile sales.
- At least 2 years of experience in a team handling or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of cars/bikes, financing options, and dealership operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field preferred.
Salary: ₹14000 to 18000 per month + Attractive Incentives
