Job Description

Location: Chennai (Travel Required)


We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager who understands the business end-to-end—from lead generation to deal closure. This role is for someone who brings strong market knowledge, a solid network, natural charisma, and a proven ability to close property sales consistently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead handling, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Track market trends, pricing, competition, and buyer behavior.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and handover.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the brand professionally at client meetings, site visits, and events.


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of selling real estate properties successfully.
  • Strong industry connections and an existing client/broker network.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Multilingual – fluent in English and regional languages (Tamil preferred).
  • Deep understanding of real estate processes, pricing, and market dynamics.
  • Confident, presentable, and relationship-driven personality.
  • Willingness to travel as required for sales and site visits.
