About Us

Nehal Scientific is a distributor for multiple leading scientific equipment manufacturers, supplying labs, research institutions, hospitals, and industrial clients across the region. We're looking for a driven sales professional to grow our client base and strengthen relationships with existing customers.


Role Overview

We're hiring a Sales Executive who will be the face of Nehal Scientific to our clients — generating leads, visiting labs and institutions, understanding customer requirements, and closing deals for a range of scientific instruments and equipment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through cold calling, referrals, exhibitions, and market research
  • Visit prospective and existing client offices/labs (colleges, research institutes, hospitals, diagnostic centers, industries) to understand their equipment needs
  • Present and demonstrate product offerings from our principal companies to clients
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tender documents
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (lab heads, procurement teams, professors, hospital administrators)
  • Coordinate with principal companies (equipment manufacturers) for technical support, pricing, and product training
  • Track sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of client interactions (CRM/Excel)
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated on new products and competitor offerings in the scientific equipment space


Requirements

  • Bachelor's/mastars degree in Science (Biology/Chemistry/Biotechnology/Life Sciences preferred) or a related field; a science background helps in understanding technical products, but is not mandatory if the candidate has strong sales aptitude
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, field sales, or the scientific/medical equipment industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable speaking with scientists, lab technicians, and procurement heads
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage own travel schedule
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office/Excel for reporting and quotations
  • Own two-wheeler/vehicle preferred, for regular client visits
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the city (and occasionally outstation)
