Role Description The Sales Executive in the Jewellery Industry will be responsible for engaging with customers in the showroom, understanding their preferences, and guiding them through the selection of diamond and luxury jewelry. Day-to-day tasks include presenting product features and pricing, handling inquiries, providing after-sales support, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. The role involves maintaining product displays, keeping accurate sales records, and collaborating with the team to meet individual and store sales targets. The Sales Executive will also support promotional activities, gather customer feedback, and contribute to building long-term client relationships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Muzaffarnagar.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and close sales effectively.
- Knowledge of diamond and jewelry products, including basic understanding of quality, design, and current fashion trends in the jewellery industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain product features clearly and handle customer queries professionally.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage inventory, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure a well-presented showroom.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems for billing, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Previous experience in retail sales, luxury goods, or jewelry sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Muzaffarnagar, including weekends and peak festive seasons as required.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing
