Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective customers, present tailored power and infrastructure solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sales follow-up. Daily activities include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with technical and operations teams, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, achieving assigned sales targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills, with the ability to convert leads into long-term customers.
- it will be a plus to have knowledge of power infrastructure solutions (such as UPS, BESS, solar, and critical power systems) or a strong willingness to learn technical concepts quickly.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical offerings in clear, customer-focused language.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in electronics, power solutions, infrastructure, or related industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM software for managing leads, proposals, and sales reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, conduct client visits within the region, and manage time and priorities independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Demonstrated customer service mindset, problem-solving skills, and commitment to ethical, inclusive, and non-discriminatory professional conduct.
