Ø Salesand Business Development:

§ Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the lubricants market, including automotive, industrial, and commercial sectors.

§ Achieve sales targets and growth objectives by expanding the customer base.

§ Promote the company’s range of lubricants and related products to clients, offering tailored solutions.

§ Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Ø Customer Relationship Management:

§ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers.

§ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service and support.

§ Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.

Ø Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

§ Conduct market research to understand current trends, customer needs, and competitor products.

§ Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activities, and potential market gaps.

Ø Promotional Activities:

§ Participate in trade shows, product demonstrations, and promotional events to enhance product visibility.

§ Coordinate marketing campaigns and sales promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Ø Sales Reporting:

§ Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasting, and performance analysis to the management.

§ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system.

Ø Product Knowledge and Training:

§ Stay updated on new products, industry regulations, and market conditions.

§ Train and educate customers on the proper use and benefits of lubricants and related products

 

 

KEY SKILLS & COMPETANCIE

Ø Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A background in chemistry or engineering is an added advantage.

Ø Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience in the lubricants or automotive industry, or a similar field.

Ø Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.

Ø Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in closing sales deals and handling price negotiations.

Ø Technical Knowledge: Understanding of lubrication products, their applications, and industry standards.

Ø Customer-Oriented: Strong focus on building relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ø Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer issues and find effective solutions.

Ø Team Player: Collaboration with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to achieve sales goals.

Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Ø PG in Management / MBA & With minimum 2 to 5 year of experience.

Ø Sales experience in the lubricant, oil, or automotive industry (preferred).

Ø Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ø Strong understanding of distribution channels, key account management, and B2C sales.

  • Ø Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
