Role Description The Sales Executive for carpets will be responsible for driving carpet sales by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting corporate and commercial clients, conducting on-site visits, presenting product options and samples, preparing quotations, and negotiating terms in line with company guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support to ensure a smooth client experience. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate sales records, track targets, and provide market feedback to help refine product offerings and sales strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and negotiation.
- Candidates should possess relationship management and customer service skills to build trust, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Candidates should possess basic product knowledge and an interest in interiors or furnishings, with the ability to present carpet features, benefits, and applications clearly.
- Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, including confident verbal communication, clear written correspondence, and effective product demonstrations.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, follow up consistently, and maintain accurate sales documentation.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, interiors, furniture, or flooring solutions is preferred; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Comfort working in an on-site client-facing role in Gurugram, with the ability to travel locally for meetings and site visits as needed.
