Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and target-driven Sales Executive to promote eVriddhi solutions in the education sector across Nagpur and nearby regions. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with educational institutions, identifying opportunities, conducting presentations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and connect with schools and educational organizations.
- Promote eVriddhi products and services to decision-makers in the education sector.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, networking, and outreach activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with principals, management teams, and administrators.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM/tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and customer support.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events.
- Stay updated on trends and challenges in the education industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development preferred.
- Experience in EdTech or education-related sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Nagpur and nearby areas.
- Passion for the education sector.
- Confident personality with strong convincing skills.
- Ability to engage with institutional decision-makers professionally.
