SAMABHAVANA fosters inclusion, independence, and holistic development by supporting individuals and families to live with dignity and self-reliance.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in CSR partnerships and Fundraising to lead and expand our CSR-driven educational initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and foundations to support STEM and Robotics education programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with corporates, CSR foundations, and industry associations for collaboration opportunities.

• Lead corporate fundraising initiatives for Samabhavana Foundation, achieving agreed fundraising and partnership growth targets.
• 
  
• Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships to support CSR and educational initiatives.
• Conduct research on industry segments to identify potential corporate donors and build a robust fundraising pipeline.
• 
  
• Manage project execution, reporting, and compliance for CSR-funded programs.
• 
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery, impact measurement, and alignment with organizational goals.
• 
  
• Represent Robospecies and Samabhavana at CSR forums, events, and partnership meetings.
• 
  
• Monitor partnership progress and ensure timely, transparent communication and reporting with corporate partners.
• 
  
• Willingness to travel PAN India for partnership development and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Social Development Sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal writing skills.
• Strong networking and relationship management abilities.
• Understanding of CSR regulations, trends, and impact measurement.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) related projects.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple partnerships.

Note: The selected candidate will be on the payroll of Robospecies Technologies Pvt. Ltd., but will work under the guidance and direction of Samabhavana for CSR and partnership-related activities.
