Sales Executive / Business Development Manager – Real Estate Software (ERP)

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal for a Sales Executive / Business Development Manager specializing in Real Estate Software (ERP). In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building and maintaining relationships with real estate professionals, developing tailored business development strategies, and closing sales deals. You will actively contribute to the growth of our real estate ERP solutions by understanding client needs, delivering product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the software or real estate industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking software, and basic knowledge of ERP systems
• Ability to identify and engage prospective clients, develop sales strategies, and execute plans to meet targets
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Prior experience in the real estate sector or ERP software solutions is a significant advantage
