This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Engineer based in Kolkata. The Sales Engineer will focus on maintaining and growing client relationships while identifying new sales opportunities. Responsibilities include providing technical support and product recommendations to clients, working closely with the sales team to achieve targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective communication.
- Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with the ability to understand and communicate technical product specifications and solutions.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining positive client relationships.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences and collaborate within teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the precious metals industry or related technical fields is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
