Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional with strong communication and relationship management skills to manage Naar sellers and drive revenue through Value Added Services (VAS). The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between sellers and internal teams, ensuring engagement, retention, and monetization.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Seller Management & Relationship Building

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Naar sellers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sellers
  • Understand seller business needs and proactively offer solutions


2. Communication & Coordination

  • Ensure clear and timely communication with sellers
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, tech, operations) for execution
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and performance discussions with sellers


3. VAS Revenue Generation

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Value Added Services (VAS)
  • Drive adoption of VAS offerings (campaigns, promotions, featured listings, etc.)
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets from assigned seller accounts


4. Seller Engagement & Growth

  • Guide sellers on content creation (manufacturing, process, products, storytelling)
  • Improve seller activity, retention, and performance metrics on the platform
  • Ensure sellers actively post and maintain product/catalog quality


5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor seller performance and provide actionable insights
  • Maintain CRM updates and track revenue pipelines
  • Prepare periodic reports on seller engagement, revenue, and growth

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship management and seller handling abilities
  • Sales mindset with experience in upselling / revenue generation
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple seller accounts simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Odoo preferred)

Preferred Experience:

  • 2–5 years in Account Management / Seller Management / Client Success / Sales
  • Experience in marketplace, social commerce, or e-commerce platforms
  • Prior exposure to VAS sales or service monetization is a strong advantage
