Role Description:

  • Handle the Automation business across North & East Region with responsibility for growth and performance
  • Lead and scale sales teams and system integrators to outperform
  • Hunt and close large, strategic deals with key customers
  • Strengthen pipeline visibility, territory coverage, and conversion outcomes across the region
  • Drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share gains
  • Build a high-performance sales leadership team with clear accountability


What we are looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or business leadership, preferably in Home Automation
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the North & East region
  • Strong background in channel-led sales and system integrators
