Are you an aggressive, high-energy sales professional who thrives on closing deals and building investor networks? The 10X Marketing & Consultancy is seeking a remote Sales Development Representative / Disposition Associate based in India to drive the sale of our US and Canada real estate inventory.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between our off-market property inventory and a massive network of cash buyers, hedge funds, and real estate investors. If you have a track record of smashing sales quotas over the phone, understand US/Canada business culture, and want an uncapped commission structure, this is for you.

- Outbound & Inbound Sales DR: Dial, text, and email cash buyers and investors daily to present off-market discounted real estate opportunities.
- Pipeline & Database Management: Actively build and expand our buyers' list by hunting for new investors, house flippers, and landlords in target US/Canada markets.
- Negotiation & Closing: Field incoming inquiries on active inventory, handle pricing objections, and negotiate assignment contracts to maximize net margins.
- CRM Rigor: Meticulously update our CRM (e.g., Podio, HubSpot) with buyer purchasing criteria, follow-up timelines, and deal statuses.
- Deal Coordination: Collaborate with the acquisitions team and title companies to ensure seamless contract execution and timely property closings.
- Experience: 1–2 years of outbound sales experience (SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales). Experience in US/Canada/UK/AUS/UAE real estate or high-ticket remote sales (saas,edtech) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Fluent, near-native English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently navigate high-stakes negotiations.
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be fully committed to working during US/Canada business hours (EST/CST/PST depending on the active market).
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Comfortable using VoIP dialers, CRMs, Slack, Zoom, and real estate data tools (PropStream, Zillow).
- Home Office Setup: A dedicated, quiet workspace, high-speed internet connection, and reliable power backup.
