Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with registered users and leads.
• Explain TrueNikaah membership plans, features, and benefits.
• Convert free users into paid members.
• Understand user requirements and guide them toward suitable membership options.
• Assist in onboarding.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the matrimony industry.
• Experience in telecalling, customer handling, and lead conversion.
• Must be comfortable working from home.
• Should have a laptop/mobile phone and stable internet connection.
• Must be target-oriented, disciplined, and good at follow-ups.
• Knowledge of Muslim matrimonial culture will be an added advantage.
  
  

Preferred Candidate

• Prior experience in matrimony platforms.
• Candidates who understand family-based marriage discussions and sensitive customer handling.
