This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Hyderabad. The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting sales efforts, facilitating communication between clients and the sales team, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, coordinating sales activities, preparing sales reports, and providing administrative support to the sales team. The role requires collaboration with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, and Sales
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales support software
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in sales coordination or a related field is an advantage
