Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Executive at BLR Brewing Co., you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries related to our range of offerings, including beer, food, and corporate event packages. You will guide customers through package selection, manage reservations, share details via WhatsApp/email, and ensure timely follow-ups for confirmations. You will also track performance metrics and contribute to revenue growth, particularly for corporate events.


Key Responsibilities

Inbound Call Management

  • Manage and respond to inbound customer calls regarding products, services, and packages.
  • Address queries related to beer packages, food packages, corporate events, pricing, and table reservations.


Customer Assistance & Package Promotion

  • Provide detailed information on available packages, pricing, and benefits.
  • Suggest suitable options based on customer requirements, including events and group bookings.

Quotation & Booking Management

  • Share quotations and package details via WhatsApp or email.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm bookings and ensure closures.
  • Handle booking modifications and provide necessary support.


Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong customer relationships through clear and professional communication.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and assist with post-event feedback when required.

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Prepare monthly sales reports, including corporate event revenue and client acquisition.
  • Track performance of packages and promotions for future strategy planning.


Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Coordinate with operations and events teams for smooth execution of bookings.
  • Work with the marketing team on promotions and communication updates.


Additional Requirement

  • Candidates should be flexible to attend customer calls post shift hours (7:00 PM – 9:00 PM) as required (typically 3–4 calls).
  • Willingness to visit outlets for client meetings or event discussions when needed.
  • Travel allowance will be provided for outlet visits outside regular office work.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales/customer service (hospitality/F&B/events preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience handling inbound calls professionally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
