This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Gurugram. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing sales operations, fostering client relationships, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. Key responsibilities include actively sourcing leads, presenting and promoting properties to potential buyers, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless client experience. This role requires a motivated, result-oriented individual with a passion for real estate and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiations, and client engagement
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of the real estate market and trends
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in real estate sales or customer service is an added advantage
