Sales Head- Study Abroad

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head – Study Abroad to lead our admissions and sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Study Abroad Sales/Admissions team.
• Set sales targets and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase student admissions.
• Coach, train, and mentor counselors to improve conversion rates and productivity.
• Track team performance through regular reviews and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure timely follow-up with student enquiries and maintain a high conversion ratio.
• Monitor lead management, counselling quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5–10 years of experience in the Study Abroad/Overseas Education industry.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience leading a sales or admissions team.
• Strong knowledge of international education processes, admissions, and student counselling.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
