This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, promoting the ORCA platform, generating leads, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also requires educating clients about multi-asset investment opportunities and providing insights into market trends.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and building relationships
• Knowledge of financial products, trading, and investment strategies
• Proficiency in sales processes, target-driven mindset, and lead generation
• Basic understanding of financial platforms or digital tools
• Ability to analyze market trends and present insights to clients
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in sales or financial services is an asset
