Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room is a unique dining concept that brings the rich flavors, cultural heritage, and culinary traditions of Burma to India. With 13 restaurants and delivery kitchens across the country, it offers an authentic experience of Burmese cuisine, from street food to heirloom recipes, presented with a modern touch. The idea is inspired by the Burmese roots of co-founder Ankit Gupta and brought to life by his partnership with Chirag Chhajer, a food enthusiast and traveler. Known for its exceptional service, the restaurant provides a wholesome dining experience that celebrates the vibrant history and culture of Burma.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Projects Professional based in Mumbai. The Projects Professional will be responsible for overseeing and managing various strategic projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. The role involves planning and executing tasks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, optimizing operational efficiency, and aligning project deliverables with organizational goals. The individual will also be responsible for evaluating and reporting project performance while maintaining a high standard of communication and collaboration.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, including planning, scheduling, and execution
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills for seamless teamwork
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software
• Relevant experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
