Business Development Executive – Brand Partnerships & Distribution

Company: Satyawati Traders

Location: Work From Home / Hybrid

Employment Type: Full-Time (Contract Basis)

Compensation
  • ₹50,000 Base Salary
  • 50% Revenue commission on brand onboarding for the first year only
  • Area expansion bonuses.

This role is designed for individuals who want to earn significantly through performance and partnerships while contributing to the expansion of a well-established FMCG distribution network.

About the Company

Satyawati Traders, along with associated firms L***i & S**s and D****k T*****s, represents a 30+ year family legacy in FMCG distribution and supply chain operations.

The group operates as a Distributor, Super Stockist, and Channel Partner for brands such as Tata, VST, and Shyam Group (Kanha Shyam Agro, Shyam Bidi, and Shyam Dairy).

With:

  • 5+ warehouses and godowns
  • multiple delivery vehicles
  • a dedicated team
  • a retailer network of 1000+ outlets

the company has built a strong distribution infrastructure across Jhansi and Jalaun districts.

We are now expanding our brand portfolio and looking for a Business Development Executive focused on brand acquisition and distribution partnerships.

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding FMCG brands and manufacturers seeking distribution partners in Jhansi and Jalaun districts.

This role focuses on brand partnerships, distribution expansion, and channel development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify FMCG manufacturers seeking distributors or super stockists
  • Research and approach potential brand partners
  • Present the company’s distribution network and market reach
  • Onboard brands for distribution partnerships
  • Expand the company’s product portfolio
  • Develop strategies to improve brand visibility and market penetration
  • Build long-term channel partnerships with manufacturers
Success Metrics

Performance will be evaluated based on:

  • Number of qualified brand leads identified
  • Number of brand meetings arranged
  • Number of distribution agreements signed
  • Revenue generated from new brand partnerships

Selection Process

Candidates will be evaluated through a Business Development Assignment designed to assess their strategic thinking, research ability, and partnership-building skills.

Assignment – Brand Acquisition Strategy

Applicants must submit a PDF document outlining how they would help Satyawati Traders onboard FMCG brands for distribution in Jhansi and Jalaun districts.
