Launch 513 is expanding our Events Team and is looking for driven, coachable individuals who want to build real-world business, sales, leadership, and customer relationship experience while representing nationally recognized technology companies and leading charitable organizations throughout Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

What You'll Do

As a Sales Assistant, you'll work face-to-face with customers at local events where you'll:

• Generate new sales and customer enrollments for technology clients
• Resolve customer questions and service concerns with professionalism
• Strengthen customer relationships to improve long-term retention
• Represent nationally recognized technology brands and charitable organizations
• Build lasting relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Learn event operations, client communication, and leadership skills
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily and weekly performance goals
