Sale Engineer (IIoT Product)

🚀 We're Hiring | Sales Engineer – IIoT & Smart Manufacturing

📍 Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

💼 Experience: 3–5 Years | B2B Technical Sales to Manufacturing

💰 CTC: Up to ₹7.2 LPA

At Maestro Technology Services, we build M-Connect, an Industry 4.0 MES and IIoT platform that helps manufacturers track OEE, monitor machines in real time, and make smarter production decisions.

We're expanding into Chennai and looking for a Sales Engineer who can speak the language of the shop floor AND the boardroom.

What you will do :

• Identify and engage target accounts in auto components, CNC machining, metal fabrication, and discrete manufacturing
• Conduct product demos and technical presentations tailored to each client's production challenges
• Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification through demo, proposal, and closure
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and support post-sale onboarding
• Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams on client requirements

What we are looking for :

• 3–5 years in B2B technical or solution sales, specifically to manufacturing companies
• Prior experience selling industrial software — MES, ERP, SCADA, IIoT, or automation solutions — is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of shop floor operations, production KPIs, and Industry 4.0 concepts
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English; confident presenter at all levels
• Based in Chennai or willing to relocate; comfortable with regular client visits
• Self-starter with strong ownership and follow-through
