Role: The Clinical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and increasing the utilization of the robotic surgical system within the Cincinnati area. They partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop sales strategies, mentor surgical teams through training and OR integration, and serve as a resource across surgical specialties. The role involves supporting regional events, creating tailored surgical plans, expanding the user base by collaborating with key opinion leaders, and driving sales of instruments and accessories. Additionally, they mentor new team members and handle administrative tasks related to sales activities.

Qualifications: Candidates need a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales, and a bachelor’s degree. They must be willing to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends if required. Preferred skills include knowledge of the OR environment, success in high-energy settings, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Physical requirements are none.

Key Skills: Proven sales success, ambition, work ethic, adaptability, persuasive communication, and teamwork. Knowledge of surgical procedures is advantageous.
